2. Revisions and Refunds
We offer 7 days of free, unlimited revisions following the delivery of your assignment, provided the requested changes do not contradict the original instructions. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a review of the service provided.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate assignment instructions, including all necessary materials and deadlines, at the time of order submission. Failure to provide complete instructions may result in project delays or adjustments to the quote.
